As a rule, requests are met free of charge, however, if fulfilling the request requires expense, “About the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”. Envisaged in Article 7 of the "Communiqué"; “If the relevant person's application will be answered in writing, no fee will be charged for up to 10 pages. A processing fee of 1 TL may be charged for each page over 10 pages.
